Join domain won't work from template with customization

Hello,

We would like to deploy Windows 7 from a template. After I deployed the template the computer won't join the domain, everything else works.  I created a Customization specification with the following details:

Owner name: Admin

Owner organization: organization

Computer Name: <Virtual Machine Name>

Administrator password: *****

Timezone: GMT +0100 (same as DC)

Network: typical (DHCP)
Join domain: domain.local

domain administrator: administrator@domain.local
generate new SID: true

I installed a clean Windows 7 template including the VMware tools. The network adapter is in the same subnet of the domain controller, and I can manually join the domain.

I've uploaded the log files guestcust and toolsDeployPkg from the %windir%\temp\vmeware-imc. But it doesn't say much.
