We are using Vsphere 5, and have a question on cpu monitoring on a VM. We have a VM which has 16 CPU's. I look at performance chart, and for each individual CPU perfromance it shows about 20 % utlization, but the total cpu utlization shows uo as 90% which is pretty high. SO what does that mean, as I mean confused that each indiviual CPU is showing low readings, but the total is showing high. WHich reading should we follow. Does this mean each individual CPU has a potential to be used more, but would this impact the total cpu utlization.
