Afternoon Vmware Crew,
I have run into a little problem when it comes to SCCM 2012 and Vmware Workstation 7 playing ball and working together
Goal : Create my SOE (within VMware Workstation 7) - Then capture using SCCM 2012
What I have done
1. Loaded up Vmware Workstation 7 - Installed Windows 7
2. Captured Vmware Drivers and imported them into SCCM 2012
3. I imported Computer Information into SCCM (MAC address and GUID)
4. PXE boot the Vmware Workstation 7 into SCCM - It PXE boots fine and the SCCM server can see it
5. After the PXE boot completes it comes up with a wonderful Blue screen with a 
(sad face icon) and reports a "HAL_Initialization_Failed"
I'm a little lost why this is going on - any tips would be great - Then i hope my turns into
