Storage DRS Anti-Affinity Rule

Hello,

We have vSphere 5.0 U3

I have applied Anti-Affinity rule to couple of Exchange and Citrix servers.

I want to know whether this Anti-Affinity rules applies to just configuration files for vmdk's also. As I my 2 Exchange servers vmdks on the same datastore.

Please help me understand. Also let me know how to configure SDRS anti-affinity rule.
