P2V VMware vCenter Converter Standalone Client Failed " Failed to read request; stream......"

I am using VMware vCenter Converter Standalone Client 6.0.0 to convert a Windows Server 2003 machine that about 400GB of data file.

I am doing Hot cloning without the synch turn on. During the cloning, no other people will access to the server, so do not expect any file changes.

But i hit with this error:

Can let me know what goes wrong? Please refer to the attached worker log.
