Dashboard openstack unreachable

Hi,

I installed vmware integrated Openstack and when i tried to connected to the dashboard with the Virtual public IP on the browser it sent "the site cannot be reached"

I have three vlans : the first is for the vms 172.29.50.92-->172.29.50.115

                             the seconde for the API 172.29.60.70-->172.29.60.80

                              the third is for the transport

when i try to connect with the virtual IP "https://172.29.60.60" i receive that the site cannot be reached and the adress is not Pingable even the adress of openstack management server 172.29.50.80.
