Hello....we have 2 VRTX Servers on site...they appear to be working properly.
However...to access vSphere Client which gives me access to look at the Virtual Machines we remote in from my desktop computer (192.168... address) to our Remote Access Server (192.168... address) then remote
from there to our IT ADMIN VM (10.0.5.... address) which allows me to open vSphere Client and see our VMs.
The problem is although I can ping our Remote Access Server VM it won't allow me to login....I suspect it needs a re-boot but I cannot get to it.
QUESTION....is there a way I can directly access our VRTX Server(s) which would allow me to see the VMs.
Note that I can get the CMC and iDRAC.
