To commit a Snapshot what option i have to select.

Dear team,

I have two snapshot, but only want to commit 2nd snapshot , what option I have to select "Delete" "Goto", please find the snap.

2nd query: my concern is to commit only second snapshot then second snapshot commit to 1st snapshot or directly to flat disk.
